Application, or Award(s) Letter(s), or 2 years tax returns if self-employed.
Required Income: Minimum Monthly Net Income = Rent multiplied by 3.5
(Net income is your gross income less your monthly recurring debts)
Employment: two years at job or
in the same field of employment.
Trades: two open trades & paid on time(positive);
Bank Account: Proof of funds in the amount of monthly rent multiplied by 3
Judgments: No open judgments(Non-eviction related);
Judgment by Agreements: Must be paid and in good-standing;
Evictions: Prohibited less than 4 years old & NON-COVID-19 related, with
judgment in favor of Plaintiff, & Not Paid/Satisfied;
Collection Accounts: 2 or less open collection accounts;
Bankruptcy: Must be more than 3 years old & Discharged
