Applicant to Tenant

There are some basics we need to get you moving. Detailed below is the information needed along with a basic description of each, easy as 1,2,3.  Good luck and we hope you make it to getting the keys!! 

                      Proof of income

Proof of income is usually presented in the form of paystubs. We ideally like to have you submit a copy of the two most recent ones you have available that are no older than 45 days.  We also accept award letters and SSI documentation of course. 

Valid ID

Whether you drive or not... that is not the question. You will need a valid ID in the form of a Driver's License or Non-Driver's License ID. Simple as that!

Application

You will need to fill out a rental application in its entirety. Once complete you can submit it online or hand deliver to our office with the fee.  Payment can be made online as well.
